Pantene's new line really DOES deliver on body and fullness!MORE than one month has passed since I've posted a thing on VA Peach...seems I've been sleeping under the lazy tree and have now awoken (is this a word?) with a beard a mile long and a fatter ass. Unfortunately, the world is the same as I left it and the only new news is that (temporary) move is completed and the dreaded work event (horrific gala fundraiser that is short on attendance, sponsorships, and waaaay overbudget) is ONE WEEK AWAY. For anyone who thinks that event planning is either "fun" or "interesting" or any other positive word, I have news for you: YOU ARE A CRAZY FUCKING MORON! Perhaps when you have actual money to spend or have some say in the decision-making process, it could be okay. However, working for a dismal nonprofit with a committee of harpies is neither enjoyable nor satisfying.
So...Halloween is also very near (as is giant birthday where I recount my shortcomings and face the third decade of life on earth) and no costume in sight. Am open to suggestions and have been thinking David Lee Roth circa Van Halen 1984 but am in no shape for bright yellow buttless pants. Costumes that may work include Rosie O'Donnell, Camryn Manheim, or Kathy Bates. Other suggestions welcome!
